Our team of experienced hotel decorators are here to make your occasion unforgettable. To insure everything goes smoothly when you book with us you agree to these terms.

• We require a two weeks notice on most bookings (some accommodations can happen depending on availability)
• You have to be checked into your room before hand. Add Suite Creations by Jessica Heard to your booking and inform them of our arrival
• It's your duty to review your hotels policy when it comes to party decor.
• we require privacy in the room. this helps us work efficiently.
• remove your belongings from the decorating zone. (If belongings are in the way we will decorate around the item but we will not move or touch your personal belongings)
• The estimated setup times does not include travel. We will arrive at the arranged time.
• We keep in contact primarily through text or calling a phone number is required.
• Most importantly, we are creatives! Your room will include everything you selected, styled in a way that fits your room and your theme. Our job is to elevate your hotel experience! Thank you for choosing us.

We have a Zero refund policy. We are only able to issue a credit towards future service if client chooses to cancel. Credits must be used within a set time period. Credits are subject to expiration.
